Schwarz Etienne’s watchmaking roots date back to the early 1900s, when the brand supplied movements to other manufacturers. Nearly a century later, they began producing their own aesthetically unconventional timepieces—most notably the Roswell 08 collection.
A tribute to the Roswell UFO mystery, the collection embraces alien-inspired design language, with saucer-like forms echoed in both the case and the presentation box.
This openworked, tobacco-toned reference features a green-accented small seconds display at 11 o’clock and an exposed dial-side date mechanism, set via a hidden pusher seamlessly integrated into the lower crown guard. The in-house ISE 100.11 movement offers a dial-side view of both its balance wheel and micro-rotor, while the exhibition caseback reveals a striking “Matrix”-style digital rain motif.

Some components of the clasp still have stickers partially attached. It was never worn; only fastened around a watch pillow and kept in a large collector's safe or display box.
As with any unworn piece, upon meticulous inspection, this watch may have absolute minimal, insignificant signs of handling/transportation, but it will be in 98+/100 mint condition.
