The vintage-inspired, Kurono Anniversary Calendrier Type I 'Azuki' is one of the brand’s most technically advanced creations yet, showcasing a complete triple calendar complication.
Released briefly in 2023 and now sold out and discontinued, it marked the final edition of the Calendrier Type I. Its rich, symmetrical maroon dial - an homage to the "azuki" hue found on vintage Japanese cars - was notoriously difficult to achieve, requiring the use of phosphor-bronze, a material much harder to machine than traditional brass.
As Hajime Asaoka notes, “Blemishes accumulated are unique to the wearer and a written record of his journey… the design embraces such blemishes, adds character, and looks better over time.”

Overall: Excellent condition. It is charming on the wrist!
The steel surfaces of the case only have very minimal, faint, unapparent wear. The clasp has very minimal, superficial wear.
The box sapphire crystal is clean.
The leather strap is in excellent, very minimally-used condition and does not have any unpleasant odors.
The dial has one common, removable, minuscule dust particle near the 5 o'clock position and is otherwise clean.
