Overall: Very good, pre-owned condition. It is stunning on the wrist!
The white gold surfaces look very clean overall with some minimal wear - primarily just on the high-polish surfaces and on the lugs' inner edges from strap changes.
The sapphire crystal itself seems to be unblemished, and its removable anti-reflective coating seems to just have some very common, absolute minuscule marks upon very close inspection.
The strap is a replacement but is in very good condition and does not have any unpleasant odors. It has plenty of life left.
