Christophe Claret Kantharos Constant Force Monopusher Chronograph Titanium
Independent Swiss watchmaker Christophe Claret produces creative, complex mechanical spectacles. The Kantharos (Ref. MTR.MBA13.904) is a showcase of kinetic drama and high complication in a lightweight 45 mm titanium case.
It features an acoustic chronograph with a striking system that chimes at each mode change (start/stop/reset), with cathedral gongs visible at 10 o’clock. It also incorporates a constant-force escapement displayed at 6 o’clock, which delivers steady energy for improved timing consistency. The mechanism is presented beneath a finely chamfered sapphire bridge for uninterrupted viewing.
This complex caliber comprises 75 jewels and 558 components and is not a mere modular movement—it is a fully integrated mechanism designed, developed, and assembled entirely in-house. Manufacture Claret’s caliber also utilizes novel materials such as M-15X steel, which enables exceptionally high-quality mirror-polished finishes, and features exquisite touches ranging from a brilliant-cut ruby on the balance cock to polished internal angles.
On the wrist, the Kantharos offers a rare blend of tactile feedback (audible chimes) and visual theater (dial-side constant force escapement) that sets it apart among haute horlogerie chronographs.

•••Cosmetic Condition•••
Overall: Excellent, pre-owned condition. It is absolutely stunning on the wrist!
The PVD titanium surfaces of the case are in excellent, very clean condition with no noteworthy blemishes.
The leather strap is in great condition and does not have any unpleasant odors, and its clasp only has very minimal, superficial wear.
The crystal presents clean in normal viewing. Under close inspection in harsh lighting, a couple very faint marks are visible that may simply be on the anti-reflective coating.
It would be my pleasure to answer any additional questions you may have. A secure, reliable, transparent transaction is a top priority.

How do sourcing inquiries work?
Inquiring about sourcing a similar piece is available for certain timepieces we believe we can locate upon request.
The checkout process gathers your contact information and specifications, such as year range, condition, completeness, and other preferences for the item you'd like us to source. No payment is required during this step. Once submitted, we ask that you contact us to initiate the active sourcing process.
For items labeled "Sold Out," this typically indicates they are no longer available due to rarity or limited circulating supply. If you're interested in one of these pieces, you’re welcome to reach out to explore potential sourcing options.
Please note that market conditions and supply can fluctuate, and prices listed for past units may not reflect current market values. We’ll provide a quote tailored to current market conditions and your specific preferences.
Keep in mind that details from past listings, such as warranty dates, condition, and included extras, were specific to those units and may differ from what we can source. We’ll work with you to refine your preferences and provide a customized quote.

We provide the option to make payments through bank wire transfer for direct transactions on our site. Additionally, we are open to considering trade-ins for luxury watches.

If you prefer using a credit card, you can complete the payment through our marketplace listings on eBay, Chrono24, or Bezel. Please be aware that the watch's price will be slightly higher on these platforms to account for associated fees. Additionally, for any purchase made through an online marketplace facilitator, sales tax will be applied unless you are shipping to a sales tax-free state.

What is your best price?
Typically, we offer competitive compensation to acquire quality stock and set our prices at competitive levels from the start. This approach differs from higher prices set by boutique retail resellers, allowing us to avoid extensive negotiations and trade value manipulation. While we value genuine negotiation attempts with reasonable offers and supporting reasoning, inquiries seeking the "best price" will generally be directed to the listed price.
