Overall: Good, pre-owned condition. The watch presents beautifully and is very attractive on the wrist.
The 18k rose gold surfaces have ordinary wear throughout and some typical strap-changing marks on the back and inner edges of the lugs.
The crystal presents cleanly. Its anti-reflective coating has some very faint, ordinary marks upon inspection in harsh lighting. The dial is in excellent condition; there is some patina/oxidation to the hands.
The aftermarket leather strap is in excellent condition.
